My First Impressions:
HARD CANDY sheer envy foundation primer

Claims:
-a light weight formula that enhances the skin's texture and primes the skin for makeup application.

Smell:
-no scent

Texture:
-satin smooth texture

Application:
glides on silky smooth. almost velvety. blends in without much effort.

Overall thoughts
Likes:
it lasted all day, didnt end up having my makeup melt, crease, or flake at all.
Dislikes:
it takes away some shine but would have been better if it had more of a matte finish.
then again it never claimed to mattify at all so im still happy :)

Rating: 4/5

Why:
It does exactly what it claims and lasts all day. I would have been more impressed if it did matify though.

My First Impression

Garnier - moisture rescue refreshing gel-cream

Price:10.99

Claims:
locks in moisture for 24 hours. blocks out dryness and boost skins natural defences.

Smell:
to me it smells like cleaning products and the smell is a bit strong

Texture:
in between a gel and a cream (like it says) its hard to explain

Application:
glides on smooth but isnt oily or shiny like some creams and has almost a satin finish to it like most gells but then again isnt thick and cakey like gel.

Overall thoughts
Likes:
works great under makeup because it glides on smoothly. doesn't leave a shine on your face. your skin does feel a little refreshed like it claims. absorbs into the skin quickly.

Dislikes:
it doesnt last 24 hours like it claims. half way through the day my skin was dry again so i dont know if it was me not putting on enough or them just failing. the smell was strong and to me cleaning products smell good but i dont want that smell on my face for the whole day and ending up giving me a headache.

Rating: 2/5
Why: im not going to want something on my face giving me a headache from the smell even if its at a reasonable price.

don't just take my word for it try it out yourself
